抽沙船是一種對河沙進行提取的水上采沙設備。它主要依靠抽沙船自帶的抽沙泵將被激起的泥沙連同水流一起順著抽沙管道輸送到存沙地點。大型的抽沙船可以同時進行河沙的抽取、水洗與儲運,抽沙泵在其中都扮演了重要的角色。也因此對于抽沙船上抽沙泵的選擇是一件非常重要的事情,它將直接關系到抽沙船的抽沙工作能否順利進行。
抽沙船上如果使用的不是高鉻合金吸沙泵,那么葉輪的磨損是很嚴重的。像我們的小型抽沙船都是使用的普通鑄鐵或鑄鋼的吸沙泵,所以葉輪需要經常更換。首先我們的普通抽沙船的抽沙泵是不能更換高鉻合金泵葉輪的。只能確定自己的工作環(huán)境選擇葉輪,鑄鐵葉輪特點是耐磨,鑄鋼的特點是耐打。也就是說如果沙層中石頭較多就選擇鑄鋼的葉輪,石子含量低就選擇鑄鐵葉輪。

抽沙船的抽沙泵在運轉中應定期檢查軸封水的壓力和流量,及時調節(jié)填料壓蓋或更換填料,以保證始終有少量的清潔水通過軸。還要定期檢查抽沙船抽沙泵的軸承組件運轉情況。開始運轉時,如果軸承發(fā)熱則可停泵待軸承冷卻后再次運行;若軸承仍嚴重發(fā)熱,溫度持續(xù)上升,則應拆卸軸承組件,查明原因。一般軸承發(fā)熱是由于潤滑脂(油)過量或潤滑脂(油)中有雜質引起的,因此,軸承潤滑脂(油)應適量、清潔并定期添加。
隨著抽沙船抽沙泵使用時間的延長,葉輪與護板的間隙將不斷增大,泵的性能要逐漸變壞,應及時將葉輪向前護板方向調整,以保持較小的間隙,使泵保持在高效率運行。當泵磨損到其性能不能滿足系統要求時,應更換過流部件(易損件)。為避免過流部件因磨損失效對系統產生的嚴懲后果,要定時拆檢泵估計過流部件的壽命,以便及時更換。
