抽沙船：抽沙泵出口壓力過小的原因及解決方法 抽沙泵出口有壓力但是壓力小于正常值范圍時，我們應(yīng)該檢查一下是否有以下幾個原因：
1、抽沙泵長期沒有運行，使得葉輪、密封部位粘結(jié)，造成電機堵轉(zhuǎn)；開機前應(yīng)盤動沙泵，確認(rèn)轉(zhuǎn)動靈活再啟動。
2、抽沙泵本身缺陷，盤動時候出現(xiàn)死點，此事時應(yīng)解體檢查沙泵的零部件是否有損壞情況，并及時更換損壞零件。
1、管路瀉壓，可能為管路的某個部位有泄露造成瀉壓，從而使系統(tǒng)壓力減?。豢梢躁P(guān)閉吸沙泵出口閥門，檢查壓力情況。
2、缺水，管道內(nèi)水源不足也是壓力不足原因之一，多是由于吸沙泵施工環(huán)境中有垃圾或雜草淤堵管路進口，此時開機后能聽到水泵噪音很大，逐漸關(guān)閉出口閥門這種聲音會逐漸減小。清理吸沙泵過濾網(wǎng)上的淤堵并提高工況水位。
