鉆探式抽沙船工作時(shí)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題？

躁音較大，主要是由轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分引起的，是由于齒輪間距變化或潤(rùn)滑不足，解決了這兩點(diǎn)，應(yīng)該是沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的；齒輪容易損壞，一種是抽沙船的減速機(jī)和機(jī)軸之間沒(méi)有達(dá)到平行度，另一種沒(méi)有按時(shí)保養(yǎng)；設(shè)備本身發(fā)生振動(dòng)，有可能是軸承座的螺栓松動(dòng)了或是聯(lián)接架螺栓松動(dòng)，把螺栓擰緊不會(huì)發(fā)生振動(dòng)；抽沙船的軸承經(jīng)常性壞，是由于沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)期維修，保養(yǎng)工作或是斷油；以上是工作中常出現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)象，找出原因并分析解決問(wèn)題，鉆探式抽沙船會(huì)比之前的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更加高效。
